Where
did you go yesterday evening, Sarah?
Well,
I wanted to go to the cinema with Amy but she wasn't well, so
we stayed in and watched a film on TV.
What did you watch?
Well, there was a good French film on Channel One - Summer in
the City.
But Amy saw it in the cinema last month
so she didn't want to watch it.
In the end, we watched 'Wonderful Night' on Channel Four.
What did you think of it?
Well, it was a romantic film and usually
l don't really like romantic films.
But it was OK. It wasn't great but it was OK.

that I can help people with their problems. Most
patients are very friendly and the work is always
interesting. I don't mind the uniform. The only
thing I don't like is working late at night.

for me. I really enjoy travelling and visiting
new places. I am not shy - I don't mind talking
in public, so the work is easy. It can be difficult
to work with large groups and some people are
unfriendly but most are kind.

ordinary people and listening to their problems
and ideas. Of course, I also have to do a lot
of office work, but I don't mind. My door is always
open to members of the public. It's important
to me to know that I can make a difference to
