bite fidget lose scream eat join make take sit do

Until recently, I was a nervous wreck and could never get out of bed in the mornings. I couldn't sit still for more than a few minutes at a time - I always had to fidget in my seat or play with my hair. It became quite embarrassing so I decided to do something about it. A friend suggested that I should join her at a yoga class near college, which I did. I'm very happy with the results. I now wake up at the crack of dawn and I no longer bite my nails, which is a relief. I don't scream at the kids when they do something silly and I don't lose my temper when things go wrong. I'm a new and happier woman, which is nice.
